He didn't take his pills earlier that day so he went into a store and he was not looking to kill anyone in surten. He just new there was a big thing going on at the store. After he unloaded all of the bullets in his clip he was trying to change clips and when he did that someone nocked the gun out of his hand.
I think that he should be life in prison because he did this twice just because he has a mental illness that doesn't give him the right to get off with anything. They should give him life in prison or be killed.
